Gajardoni fencing masks are handcrafted in Italy from the highest quality materials. The hard shell mesh is made of extraordinarily flexible carbon steel with a protective powder coating. The internal padding anatomically support the head and is made of a thick layer of MTP foam with a lining of antibacterial treatment.

Material warranties.
All products sold by Franchini Blades Srl are covered by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, according to Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005. In order to benefit from the assistance under warranty, the Customer must keep the invoice (or the delivery note) that he/she will receive by e-mail in electronic PDF format. The exercise of the Warranty may include the request for assistance to authorized service centres in the territory.
The manufacturer’s conventional warranty is provided as follows

If, after intervention by an Authorized Service Centre, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by the Authorized Service, as well as transportation costs, if incurred by Franchini Blades Srl.
The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005 applies to products that present a defect of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use. Such warranty is reserved for the private Consumer (a person who purchases goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity, or making a purchase without indicating in the order form a reference to VAT code). In case of defect of conformity, Franchini Blades Srl provides, without cost to the Customer, the restoration of conformity of the product by repair / replacement or reduction of the price, up to the termination of the agreement. If, after intervention by an Authorized Service Centre, the defect is not a defect of conformity within the meaning of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by the Authorized Service, as well as transportation costs, if incurred by Franchini Blades Srl. Replacements in the event of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working on delivery) will be made only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. The timing of replacement or repair of the product depends exclusively on the policies of the manufacturer. In the event that, for whatever reason, it is unable to return to its customers a product under warranty (restored or replaced), Franchini Blades Srl may proceed at its discretion to refund the amount paid taking into account the use of the good or to replace the good with a product of equal or superior characteristics. The timing of repair or replacement of the product depends exclusively on the policies of the manufacturer and no claim for damage may be raised against Franchini Blades Srl for any delays in repairs or replacements. In all cases of return and even in cases where the application of warranties provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment), to limit damage to the original package, we recommend to put it in a second box, it should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original packaging of the product.
Customer’s Obligations.
The customer undertakes to keep both the authentication code and the password with extreme diligence, being well aware that the use of UserID and password by third parties would bind only the customer, since the supplier would have to charge only the same customer with the orders executed with such keys. Any changes to the personal data provided by the customer at registration must be communicated in writing to the supplier. The customer is also required to provide an e-mail address for the need to be informed of the confirmation of orders, and for any communication from the supplier relating to the scope of electronic commerce carried out by the same.
Form of Communications.
Although the customer prefers the electronic channel, he/she accepts on a case-by-case basis that communications relating to order confirmations and other communications may also be made by other means indicated by the same customer, while acknowledging their full validity.

Accounting records, delivery methods and timing.
Franchini Blades Srl will issue an invoice for every order accepted and made, for all types of payment. The invoice shall be issued on the basis of the information provided by the Customer when placing the order. No changes to the tax document will be possible after it has been issued.
The supplier shall ship the goods to the customer exclusively by express courier. Transport and packaging costs are indicated on the purchase order and invoice. The ordered goods travel under the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for verifying the integrity of packages received and correspondence with the quantity and quality as ordered, in case of discrepancies, the customer must immediately notify (by e-mail) to the supplier the deficiencies found in order to allow the supplier to verify with the courier indicated and the search for solutions.
Materials will be shipped within 10 working days of order. Any delays, due to momentary lack of material, delays in supplies or inefficiency of shippers, will not be in any way to be considered the fault of Franchini Blades Srl, which is exempt from any liability. The customer at the time of creating the account or communicating of the delivery address of the goods purchased, must take great care and accuracy to avoid additional burdens on the part of the courier represented by the cost of returning the same goods to Franchini Blades Srl, which reserves the right to make recourse in case of data manifestly incomplete or inaccurate also deducting from the price paid the shipping costs and return even if only for inaccurate data provided / entered.
Withdrawal right.
Pursuant to art. of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21 of 21 February 2014 (so-called “Consumer Code”), if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a person who purchases goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity, or making a purchase without indicating in the order form to Franchini Blades Srl a reference to VAT code), he/she has the right to withdraw from the sale and purchase agreement for any reason, without explanation and without penalty within 14 days of receipt of the Product purchased. In order to exercise such withdrawal right, the Customer shall send Franchini Blades Srl an explicit written notice to that effect, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of goods. Once received the above withdrawal notice, Franchini Blades Srl will quickly communicate to the customer instructions on how to return the goods. The consumer shall return the Product(s) or hand them over to the seller or to a third party authorised by the seller to receive them, without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days from the date on which he/she has notified the seller of his/her wish to withdraw from the agreement. Direct shipping costs related to the return of the Product shall be borne by the Customer. The purchased Product must be returned in its entirety and intact, with all accessories and any spare parts, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation, etc. …). The Customer may manipulate the Product in order to establish its nature, characteristics and operation, but is liable for any decrease in the value of the Product resulting from any manipulation other than that necessary for this purpose. If the Customer withdraws from this agreement, he/she will be reimbursed for all payments he/she has made to the Seller, excluding delivery costs, and this at the time when the Product has been redelivered. Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise. The withdrawal right is still subject to the exceptions referred to in art. 59 of the Consumer Code: in case of damage to the goods during transport, Franchini Blades Srl will notify the Customer (within the 5th working day from receipt of goods in the warehouses), to enable him/her to file a timely complaint against the carrier chosen and obtain reimbursement of the value of the good (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously cancelling the withdrawal request; Franchini Blades is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; upon arrival (in the warehouse), the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. Products that have customisations printed or otherwise personalized screen printings cannot be returned in any way. We therefore advise you to be 100% sure of your wishes regarding screen printing before completing your order.

Size change
The Customer has the right to request a “change of size” for products purchased from Franchini Blades Srl, by sending within 14 days of receipt, an email to info@franchiniblades.com with the subject “change of size” and indicating the model / product code, order number and delivery date. The Customer will also need to specify the size he/she would like as a replacement. Under no circumstances can a size change be made on personalized products with screen printings or printed names. Shipping costs are always charged to the customer.

The shipment of the goods must take place within 14 days after the communication sent by email.
Size changes will be accepted only for products returned completely intact, in their original packaging and without any sign of use. Franchini Blades Srl reserves the right to refuse any size change, in case of non-compliance by the Customer of these times, methods and conditions. Franchini Blades Srl disclaims any responsibility for any item contained in the package and in any case different from what is expected and allowed in the email “size change”.
